Return Policy
  1. Return Period: We offer a 30-day hassle-free return service from the date you receive your goods. If you are not satisfied with the purchased product, please initiate a return request within 30 days to receive a full refund (excluding the original shipping fee).
  1. Return Conditions: The returned goods must be in their original condition as received, unused, undamaged, and with all original packaging and accessories intact. Returns may not be processed if the goods have man-made damage, signs of use, or incomplete packaging that affects their resale value.

We will provide you with detailed return instructions, including the return address. The shipping cost for returns shall be borne by the buyer.
  1. Refund Processing: After we receive the returned goods and verify that they meet the return conditions, we will process the refund as soon as possible. The refund will be returned to the original payment account used for the purchase. The specific time for the refund to arrive depends on your payment method and the processing speed of your bank, and it usually takes 7-15 working days to complete.
Exchange Policy
  1. Exchange Period: Exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the goods, and we will handle them based on specific circumstances.

Exchange Conditions: Goods applied for exchange must meet the same requirements as the return conditions, i.e., being in original condition, unused, undamaged, with all original packaging and accessories intact. For exchanges due to personal reasons such as size or color, the goods must meet the above conditions. If the exchange is caused by a product quality issue, we will bear the round-trip shipping costs; if the exchange is for non-quality reasons, the buyer shall bear the additional shipping costs incurred by the exchange.

Product Damage and Issues: If the goods you receive have quality problems, damage, or do not match the order, please inspect them immediately upon receipt and contact our customer service within 48 hours (via support@hggrado.com or by calling 040-613-1589). We will request you to provide relevant photos or videos as evidence to quickly assess the issue and resolve it for you, such as arranging an exchange, refund, or providing corresponding compensation.

Damage During Transportation: For products such as Storage Tin, Craft Storage, Money Box Tin, and Silver Tins (which have metal or paper packaging), slight collisions during transportation may cause packaging dents. If the packaging is not broken and the product is not affected, returns or exchanges will generally not be supported for this reason. However, if the product is damaged and cannot be used normally due to transportation, please contact us promptly, and we will handle it in accordance with the above process for product damage and issues.
  1. Situations Not Eligible for Return/Exchange: Except for product quality issues, returns or exchanges will not be supported in the following cases: goods that have been used and affect resale; problems caused by personal preferences or improper use (not product quality issues); customized products (if any); opened goods related to hygiene and safety (e.g., situations where some internal items are exposed).
